I'm currently on the design team working on Webex Calling — an enterprise-grade cloud calling and team collaboration solution offered through a flexible subscription model from Webex, which is managed through a centralized administration platform Control Hub.

My job title at Cisco is User Experience Designer, but I also have a focus in visual design. At Cisco, I've worked on multiple different teams and products including Webex Analytics, Webex Calling and Unified Communications, which are all managed through Control Hub.
I've worked on specific feature design, end-to-end product design, and created conceptual designs for future roadmap and products that were presented to the leadership team. I'm also part of Cisco's visual design guild which reviews ongoing product design work and creates guidelines for the rest of Cisco's design community to adhere to.
In addition, I have experience in information design and data visualization, and created guidelines on how to use different types of charts like the donut chart, stacked area chart and map chart.
